Ian Macoun (FCPA , FAICD) former "local" and 1972 North Rockhampton High School graduate has been preparing for his guest speech at Restraunt 98 (thanks to Grant Cassidy, my fellow CQU Council member) on Friday 20 June 08 on Victoria Parade, where over 35 guests will be attending.

Ian's cousin Gary Thomasson from Thomo's Betta Electrical is looking forward to Ian sharing his financial and local investment knowledge. It is via these networks that I (Tim Griffin) can build upon "new Thinking" which will allow my children (5th generation to this region), to enjoy the same benefits from this wonderful region, as my founding Fathers have since the mid 1800's.

When given the opportunity to lead and influnce "new Thinking", a part of generational change and sustainability for Our Region will also focus on attracting both young & established career professionals back to their "home region" and see our region compete once again (after falling behind), against the progessive region's of Townsville and Mackay. To move forward, it is more about "competence" than popularity and Plans !!!!!
